Prayer & Meditation
Developing a regular practice of prayer and meditation encourages long-term recovery and a better quality of life. We meditate on a step each week using the book "Meditations for the Twelve Steps: a Spiritual Journey" this deepens our understanding of the spirituality and how it relates to the recovery journey. The group discussions help participants gain wider and deeper perspectives to strengthen our understanding of God.
The Prayer & Meditation meeting is a one hour guided experience that includes a
reading, silent meditation, voluntary sharing, prayer and discussion that
nurtures our relationship with God and each other.
