This Yoga class is open to everyone and incorporates the Principles of 12 step recovery and scripture into this Zoom offering.
Recovering Love Yoga is offered the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month beginning February 6th. Class runs 9:30-10:30.

No special equipment is required. It is recommended that you work out on a wood floor or low carpet with a mat. other items can be incorporated including exercise ball, weights, or straps
